About the Role

• We are looking for a Social Media Manager who can independently manage social media accounts for multiple client brands.
• The role requires a combination of content strategy, creative thinking, client management, execution discipline, and analytical ability. You will work closely with clients and internal creative teams to plan campaigns, develop content calendars, coordinate content production, publish content, monitor performance, and continuously improve social media outcomes.
• This role is suited for someone who understands both brand communication and the rapid-moving nature of social media platforms.

Key Responsibilities

Social Media Strategy & Planning

• Develop social media strategies aligned with each client's brand, audience, and marketing objectives.
• Create monthly and campaign-specific content plans across relevant platforms such as Instagram, LinkedIn, Facebook, YouTube, X and others.
• Identify content pillars, formats, themes, trends and campaign opportunities for client brands.
• Recommend new content ideas based on platform trends,



competitor activity and audience behaviour.
• Translate client briefs and marketing objectives into executable social media plans.

Content Management

• Create detailed monthly and weekly content calendars.
• Develop briefs for posts, reels, carousels, stories, videos and campaign creatives.
• Write or supervise captions, hooks, social media copy and basic content messaging.
• Coordinate with copywriters, graphic designers, video editors, photographers and other creative resources.
• Ensure content is consistent with brand guidelines, tone of voice and campaign objectives.
• Review creatives before they are shared with clients or published.

Account & Client Management

• Act as a day-to-day point of contact for assigned social media clients.
• Understand client businesses, products, target audiences and communication priorities.
