The role

Run commercial real estate origination for enterprise and GCC clients: sourcing, pitching, negotiating, and closing.

You sit between occupiers and operators, and you own the commercial process end to end.

Requirements

• 01Five or more years in commercial real estate transactions or occupier advisory
• 02IPC experience preferred — JLL, CBRE, Cushman & Wakefield, Knight Frank, Colliers, Savills, or equivalent
• 03Track record closing enterprise office or workspace transactions

• +Managed office, flex, or built-to-suit deal experience
• +Coverage across more than one Indian market
