The role

We are hiring an Assistant Manager, Social Media to run Cosentus's day-to-day presence on LinkedIn, YouTube, Facebook, and Instagram. You will plan the content calendar, create and schedule posts and videos, ghostwrite for company leaders, and respond to messages from customers and followers. As Cosentus grows, you will also support social media for other Cosentus divisions.

Key responsibilities

Content planning
• Build and maintain a monthly content calendar across all four platforms, aligned with campaigns, webinars, events, and product launches.
• Plan platform-specific formats: thought leadership on LinkedIn, long-form and Shorts on YouTube, Reels and Stories on Instagram, community updates on Facebook.
• Track industry dates and healthcare RCM news to create timely, relevant posts.

Content creation and publishing
• Write post copy and on-image text, and produce graphics, carousels, and short-form videos.
• Shoot, edit, and caption engaging videos, including explainers, event coverage, employee stories, and leadership clips.




• Schedule and publish all posts using a scheduling tool, and keep a central asset library.
• Cover company events, conferences, webinars, and CSR initiatives before, during, and after they happen.

Leadership and executive content
• Ghostwrite and schedule LinkedIn posts for Cosentus leaders in each leader's voice.
• Draft employee appreciation and milestone posts for leadership profiles.
• Coordinate with leaders on approvals and turnaround times.

Community management
• Monitor and respond to comments, DMs, and messages from customers, prospects, and followers within an agreed response time.
• Route sales inquiries to the sales team and service issues to the right internal owner.
• Never discuss patient or client account details in public replies; move those conversations to secure channels per HIPAA and company policy.
