What flo101 is
flo101 is an AI skilling coach built around orchestration rather than content distribution. It constructs a learning path around how an individual actually works, delivered through a system of agents that plan, teach, practise and assess, and adapts that path as their skill develops.

Why this role exists
flo101 is building a consumer AI product for people who want to turn intent into action and visible progress. We already have early user pull. The next challenge is to turn that into a durable consumer business: stronger activation, better retention, smarter lifecycle, real monetisation, and loops that compound.

We are hiring a Founding Growth Hacker to own that journey. This is not only a paid acquisition only role and not a brand only role. It is for someone AI native, experiment heavy, and obsessed with user behavior: someone who can work inside the product as comfortably as outside it.

We value growth people who would rather fix a leak, test ten ideas, and build a loop than spend money too early.

What you will own
• The consumer growth engine end to end:

activation, retention, referral, resurrection, and monetization.
• Lifecycle systems: onboarding, key moments, re-engagement, and churn recovery.
• Referral and sharing loops that feel native to product value, not bolted on.
• Pricing inputs across markets, with the CEO.
• Growth experiments across copy, product surfaces, distribution, and monetization mechanics.

The person we have in mind

A growth operator who reads behavior before they read channels. Someone who has run the whole loop themselves, from the event definition to the copy to the dashboard, and who can tell you which of their own experiments failed and what that actually proved. They are as comfortable inside the product as outside it, because most of the leverage is inside.

They believe ten small experiments beat one expensive bet, until the evidence says otherwise.
