Role Description This full time Customer Technical Support role is an on-site position based in Jaipur. The role involves handling customer inquiries, providing technical assistance, and resolving issues related to products or services through phone, email, or chat. The Customer Technical Support specialist will diagnose problems, perform basic troubleshooting, and escalate complex issues to the appropriate internal teams when needed. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining detailed case records, following standard support procedures, and ensuring timely and accurate solutions.



The role also focuses on monitoring customer feedback, promoting customer satisfaction, and contributing to continuous improvement of support processes.
