We’re looking for a Business Analyst – Medical Insurance with experience in either Retail Medical or Group Medical insurance to translate business requirements into practical,



technology-driven solutions. The ideal candidate will have strong business analysis skills, a solid understanding of health insurance processes, and the ability to work closely with business stakeholders and engineering teams to improve products, workflows, and customer experiences.

Key Responsibilities
• Gather, analyze, and document business requirements across health insurance products and processes, with expertise in either Retail Medical or Group Medical insurance.
• Translate business needs into detailed functional requirements documents (FRDs), user stories, process flows, business rules, and clearly defined acceptance criteria.
• For Retail Medical, work on individual and family health insurance journeys, including quotations, benefit comparisons, purchase journeys, insurer integrations, renewals, and endorsements.
• For Group Medical, support SME and corporate medical insurance workflows, including
