Role Description The Manager Architectural Specifications is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for developing, reviewing, and maintaining architectural specifications for dormakaba products and solutions across diverse building projects. The manager collaborates with architects, consultants, and project stakeholders to align specifications with design intent, regulatory requirements, and sustainability standards. Daily activities include coordinating with internal technical and sales teams, supporting BIM content integration,



ensuring documentation accuracy, and providing guidance on product selection and applications. The role also involves monitoring project timelines, contributing to design reviews, and supporting training or knowledge-sharing sessions related to architectural standards and specifications.
Qualifications

• Strong foundation in Architecture and Architectural Design, with the ability to translate design concepts into clear, compliant specifications.
• Proficiency in Project Management, including planning, monitoring milestones, and coordinating multiple stakeholders and deliverables.
• Demonstrated Team Leadership capabilities to guide cross-functional teams and collaborate effectively with internal and external partners.
• Experience with Building Information Modeling (BIM) tools and processes for integrating specifications into digital building models.
• Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Arc
