Role Description The General Manager Customer Service will lead customer service operations across Mahadeva Group’s automotive, fintech, and related business units. This full time, on-site role based in Raipur involves designing and implementing customer service strategies, policies, and standards to ensure consistent,



high-quality interactions. The role includes overseeing customer satisfaction initiatives, monitoring service metrics, and driving continuous improvement in customer experience. The General Manager will manage and mentor customer service teams, coordinate training programs, and collaborate with dealership, sales, and operations leaders to resolve complex customer issues. The position also requires regular reporting to senior management, aligning customer service performance with business goals, and promoting a culture of trust, responsiveness, and service excellence.
