Role Description The Health Safety Environment Officer is a full-time, on-site role based in Mumbai. This role is responsible for implementing and monitoring health, safety, and environmental policies across the workplace and project sites, ensuring compliance with relevant regulations and company standards. Day-to-day tasks include conducting safety inspections, risk assessments,



and audits; identifying hazards; recommending corrective actions; and tracking follow-up measures. The officer will deliver safety trainings and toolbox talks, maintain incident and accident records, and support investigations to prevent recurrence. The role also involves collaborating with project managers and site teams to integrate HSE best practices into daily operations and promote a culture of safety and environmental responsibility.
Qualifications

• Candidates should possess strong Health & Safety and Workplace Safety skills, with practical experience in implementing safety programs.
• Candidates should possess Setting Health and Safety (EHS) knowledge, including environmental compliance and safe work practices at construction or industrial sites.
