Job Overview
We are looking for a proactive and customer-focused Customer Sales Executiv to join an established garment and uniform business with over 30 years of industry experience.
The candidate will be responsible for generating leads, connecting with schools, developing new business opportunities, converting prospective schools into customers, and maintaining strong relationships with existing clients.
Candidates with experience in school uniforms or B2B sales are preferred. Applicants with relevant sales or customer service experience from other industries are also welcome to apply.
Key Responsibilities
* Identify and generate leads by prospecting schools and educational institutions for uniform business opportunities.
* Use cold calling, emails, referrals, and other channels to generate new leads.
* Build and maintain a database of prospective schools and follow up regularly.
* Schedule meetings and visit prospective schools to present products and convert leads into customers.
* Understand school requirements and recommend suitable uniform solutions.
* Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth order execution and timely delivery.
* Provide after-sales service and address customer queries, concerns, and service requirements.
* Maintain strong relationships with existing school customers and identify opportunities for repeat business.
* Update customer details, sales activities, follow-ups, and reports in Zoho CRM.
* Prepare and maintain sales data and reports using MS Excel.
* Work towards achieving sales targets, acquiring new school accounts, and increasing revenue from existing customers.

* Achievement of annual targets for acquiring recent school customers.
* Revenue generation from new and existing school accounts.
* Consistent sales performance and
