The role
You will own the company's fundraising and investor engagement activity, working shoulder-to-shoulder with the CEO and CSO to close our rounds.
• Build and manage the full investor pipeline VCs, family offices and institutional investors from first outreach through term sheet to close
• Open doors through your own investor network and convert them into serious conversations
• Prepare and own all raise materials: pitch deck, financial model, data room, diligence responses
• Coordinate term sheet negotiations, due diligence and closing alongside the CEO, CSO and legal counsel
• Run investor relations: investor updates, reporting, and groundwork for future rounds
Must-haves (apply only if you meet all of these)
• 2–5 years in investment banking, venture capital, family office, or a startup finance/founder's-office role
• Direct, hands-on experience in at least one closed institutional round (Series A or later)
