Role Overview
We are looking for a proactive and detail-oriented Founder’s Office Intern who will work closely with the founders across different business functions. This role is ideal for someone who wants to gain hands-on exposure to how an agency operates — from client servicing and strategy to execution and coordination.
You will act as a bridge between internal teams and clients, ensuring smooth communication, timely execution, and overall project efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Work closely with the founders on day-to-day operations and strategic initiatives
• Assist in client servicing and manage communication across different verticals
• Coordinate with internal teams (design, performance, content)



to ensure timely delivery
• Track project progress and ensure tasks are aligned with client expectations
• Prepare reports, presentations, and updates for internal and client meetings
• Support in planning campaigns, workflows, and process improvements
• Handle follow-ups and ensure smooth execution across projects

Requirements
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills
• Highly organized with attention to detail
• Ability to multitask and manage multiple projects simultaneously
• Problem-solving mindset with a proactive approach
• Basic understanding of digital marketing is a plus
• Comfortable working in a quick-paced environment

Preferred
• Candidates based in Bengaluru (preferred, though the role is remote)
• Interest in working closely with founders and understanding business operations
• Prior internship or experience in client servicing, operations, or marketing (optional)
