Role Description The Regional Business Development Manager is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru. This role is responsible for identifying and developing new business opportunities, building and maintaining strategic relationships with regional customers and partners,



and driving sales growth for Gotion’s power battery and energy solutions. Day-to-day activities include market research and analysis, prospecting and qualifying leads, preparing and delivering customer presentations, and managing the end-to-end sales cycle from initial contact to contract negotiation and closure. The manager collaborates closely with internal teams such as product, engineering, and operations to align customer requirements with Gotion’s offerings and ensure successful project delivery. The role also involves monitoring regional market trends, competitor activities, and regulatory developments to inform business strategy and regional expansion plans.
