Role Description The Sales Assistant role at IgnitedNeurons is a full-time remote position that supports the growth of our coaching and leadership development services. On a day-to-day basis, the Sales Assistant will respond to inquiries from potential clients, provide information about our service offerings, and assist in scheduling consultations and sessions. The role includes maintaining accurate records of leads and client interactions, preparing basic sales reports,



and supporting follow-ups via email, phone, and digital channels. The Sales Assistant will collaborate with the founder and the broader team to ensure a smooth client journey, help coordinate online events or webinars, and contribute to a positive, empathetic customer experience aligned with the organization’s values.
