About the Role:
We are looking for an experienced Inventory Controller to manage inventory control, reconciliation, valuation and metal accountability across our manufacturing units.
The role will have a robust focus on gold and silver inventory, physical verification, inventory reconciliation, loss/wastage control, valuation and audit readiness.

Key Responsibilities:
• Manage inventory controls and processes across multiple manufacturing units.
• Ensure complete accountability of gold,



silver and other inventory from receipt to production, transfer, finished goods and scrap.
• Conduct and supervise physical inventory verification and reconcile physical stock with ERP/book records.
• Investigate and resolve stock shortages, excesses and unexplained inventory/metal variances.
• Monitor metal loss, wastage and recovery against approved process norms.
• Prepare monthly inventory reconciliation, metal loss/wastage MIS and inventory reports.
• Ensure accurate inventory valuation in accordance with applicable Ind AS 2 requirements.
• Monitor WIP, finished goods, consumables, scrap and slow/non-moving inventory.
• Strengthen ERP and inventory controls, including transfers, adjustments, material codes, UOM and negative/backdated entries.
• Coordinate with Finance, Production, Stores, Procurement, Operations, Quality, IT/ERP and Unit Heads.
• Coordinate with internal, statutory, stock
