Senior Civil Engineer
Location: Vapi, Gujarat
Experience: 7+ Years
Qualification: B.E. / B.Tech in Civil Engineering

Key Responsibilities
• Handle end-to-end civil construction and MEP execution for residential and commercial projects.
• Manage RCC, structural work, masonry, plastering, waterproofing, finishing, and external development.
• Coordinate mechanical, electrical, plumbing, HVAC, fire-fighting, and drainage works.
• Review architectural, structural, civil, and MEP drawings and resolve site issues.
• Prepare project schedules, monitor progress, and ensure timely completion.
• Manage contractors, subcontractors, vendors, consultants, and site engineers.
• Handle BOQ, quantity estimation, rate analysis, contractor billing, and cost control.
• Ensure quality standards, site safety, and compliance with applicable regulations.
• Monitor material procurement, manpower planning,



and resource allocation.
• Conduct site inspections, quality checks, and testing and commissioning of MEP systems.
• Coordinate snag rectification, as-built drawings, and final project handover.
• Prepare daily progress reports and provide regular project updates to management.

Required Skills
• Strong civil construction and MEP coordination experience.
• Proficiency in AutoCAD, MS Excel, and project planning tools.
• Knowledge of construction drawings, building codes, quality standards, and safety practices.
• Solid leadership, contractor management, problem-solving, and communication skills.
• Experience in residential and commercial real estate projects preferred.
