Role Description This is a full-time, on-site Content Creator role based in Delhi, with a salary up to 35,000 per month, depending on experience and suitability. The Content Creator will develop clear and engaging content for digital platforms, including social media posts, basic website copy, and internal communication materials aligned with HR TEAM’s services. Day-to-day tasks include planning content ideas, drafting and revising text,



coordinating with team members to understand requirements, and ensuring content is accurate and consistent with brand guidelines. The role may also involve assisting with simple visual content (such as basic graphics or layouts), monitoring engagement on published content, and suggesting improvements. The position requires reliable attendance, timely delivery of assigned tasks, and adherence to organizational standards and timelines.
Qualifications

• Ability to create clear, well-structured written content in English for digital and internal communication.
• Basic understanding of social media and online platforms, with interest in content trends and audience engagement.
• Strong attention to detail, including grammar, spelling, and formatting, with the ability to revise and improve drafts.
