Role Description The Technical Sales Development Representative is a full-time, on-site role based in Bengaluru South. This role focuses on identifying and qualifying prospective customers, conducting outbound outreach via email, phone, and social channels, and nurturing leads through discovery conversations. The representative will explain CodeKarma’s value in technical terms, schedule and coordinate product demos,



and collaborate closely with account executives and marketing to move opportunities through the pipeline. Day-to-day responsibilities include maintaining accurate CRM records, following structured cadences, gathering feedback from prospects, and contributing to continuous improvement of messaging, playbooks, and sales processes.
Qualifications
• Candidates should possess strong technical communication skills, with the ability to understand developer workflows, basic software architecture concepts, and articulate product benefits to technical and non-technical audiences.
