Job Summary

We are looking for a proactive Business Development Specialist to expand our distribution network and develop B2B sales for our compostable carry bags. The candidate will be responsible for identifying potential distributors, wholesalers, and bulk buyers, generating qualified leads, building business relationships, and converting prospects into long-term customers.

Key Responsibilities

* Identify and build a database of carry bag distributors, wholesalers, packaging dealers, and bulk buyers across India.
* Generate B2B leads through LinkedIn, Meta Ads, online research, business directories, and other relevant channels.
* Contact potential customers through calls, WhatsApp, email, and LinkedIn.
* Qualify leads based on their business profile, purchasing requirements, and distribution potential.
* Explain product specifications, pricing, and business benefits to prospective buyers.




* Coordinate sample dispatches, quotations, follow-ups, and order processing.
* Maintain a CRM or lead-tracking sheet with customer details, follow-up dates, and sales status.
* Develop new markets and support the company’s distributor expansion strategy.
* Work toward monthly targets for qualified leads, recent customers, and converted orders.
* Coordinate with the sales and production teams to ensure smooth customer onboarding.

Required Skills

* Good communication and negotiation skills.
* Strong research, lead-generation, and follow-up abilities.
* Basic knowledge of B2B sales, wholesale markets, and distribution channels.
* Familiarity with LinkedIn, Meta Ads, Excel/Google Sheets, and CRM tools.
* Self-motivated, target-oriented, and capable of working independently.

* Graduate in any stream; a background in business, marketing, or sales is preferred.
