Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Gurugram for a Talent Acquisition Specialist. The role involves managing the end-to-end recruitment process,
including sourcing candidates, screening applications, conducting interviews, and coordinating hiring activities across multiple functions. The Talent Acquisition Specialist will partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs, define role requirements, and ensure a smooth, timely selection process. Day-to-day responsibilities include posting job openings, maintaining candidate pipelines, managing recruitment tools and databases, and ensuring a positive experience for all applicants. The specialist will also contribute to employer branding initiatives, participate in hiring events, and support continuous improvement of recruitment practices aligned with Hike Education’s growth objectives.
