About the RoleYou will run creator campaigns that are judged on revenue, not just reach. You’ll find creators, negotiate performance-linked deals, manage execution, and report what worked in sales, CAC and ROAS. We want someone who is comfortable with spreadsheets, quick to negotiate and clear about which creators make money.

Key ResponsibilitiesCreator Sourcing & Negotiation
• Identify and onboard creators on Instagram and YouTube based on audience fit, engagement quality and sales potential.
• Negotiate performance-linked deals: affiliate commissions, discount codes, trackable links, and fixed plus variable pay.
• Build repeat partnerships with creators who deliver, and drop those who don’t.

Campaign Execution
• Run campaigns end to end: briefing, product dispatch, content approvals, posting schedules and deliverables.
• Keep content on brand and compliant.



No unverified claims on devices or supplements.
• Coordinate with creators, agencies and talent managers, and resolve issues quickly.

Affiliate & Performance Growth
• Build and manage the creator affiliate programme with unique links and codes.
• Track creator-level clicks, conversions, orders, AOV and attributable revenue.
• Shift budget toward creators with the best return and pause underperformers.

Reporting & Analysis
• Report on reach, engagement, CPV, CTR, conversions, CAC and ROAS for each creator and campaign.
• Maintain a creator database with performance history and rates.
• Turn results into transparent recommendations on who to scale, renew or cut.

Content Amplification
• Work with the Growth team to test top-performing creator content in paid ads.
• Secure usage rights and organise creator assets for social and e-commerce use.

Budget & Operations
• Track budgets, invoices and payments, and deliver within
