Role Description The Sales Manager will oversee the full sales cycle for hospitality furniture and turnkey solutions, from lead generation and qualification to proposal development and deal closure. This full-time, on-site role in Ahmedabad involves building and maintaining relationships with hotel groups, developers, designers, and procurement teams, as well as identifying new business opportunities and markets. The Sales Manager will collaborate closely with design, operations,



and sourcing teams to prepare accurate quotations, align client expectations, and ensure smooth project handover. Daily tasks include conducting client meetings and presentations, managing sales pipelines and forecasts, tracking key performance metrics, and preparing regular sales reports for leadership. The role also includes contributing to pricing strategies, participating in industry events, and providing market feedback to strengthen Nexaura Hospitality’s positioning and offerings.
Qualifications

• Proven skills in B2B sales, account management, and business development within hospitality, furniture, interiors, or related sectors.
