About CUMIDCUMID is building an Indian diary brand that brings together creativity, stationery, humour, Hinglish, and youth culture. We're looking for a creative and internet-savvy intern who can help us build a distinctive brand identity and create content that people love to see, share, and engage with.
What You'll Do• Plan monthly Instagram content around diary covers, stationery, humour, student life, and Indian youth culture.
• Collaborate with the design team to create 3–5 posts or Reels per week.
• Write engaging captions, opening hooks, Story polls, audience questions, and WhatsApp preorder calls to action.
• Identify relevant social media trends and adapt them to CUMID's brand identity while respecting originality and copyright.
• Engage with followers, respond to comments, and collect content ideas from the community.
• Track content performance, including saves, profile visits, engagement, and WhatsApp enquiries.
• Maintain a content calendar aligned with product launches, examinations, gifting occasions, and college seasons.





What We're Looking For• Familiarity with Instagram Reels and content creation tools such as Canva and CapCut.
• A strong understanding of Indian Gen Z culture, online trends, and social media behaviour.
• Positive copywriting skills and the ability to write natural, engaging Hinglish.
• Creativity, attention to detail, and a willingness to experiment with new content ideas.
• Basic understanding of social media analytics and content performance.
• Ability to work independently, meet deadlines, and collaborate with a team.

Practical Selection TaskShortlisted candidates may be asked to work with a sample CUMID diary-cover design and develop:
• One Instagram carousel concept.
• One Instagram Reel idea.
• Three engaging captions.
• Five Instagram Story poll questions.

This task will help us understand your creativity, content strategy, and ability to connect with our target audience.
