Role Description The telecaller role at ETRUCKLOAD LOGISTICS PVT LTD is a full-time, on-site position based in West Delhi. In this role, the telecaller will make outbound and receive inbound calls to existing and potential clients, share information about transportation and logistics services, and respond to queries regarding freight options, pricing, and shipment status.



The telecaller will maintain call records, update customer details in internal systems, and coordinate with operations and dispatch teams to ensure accurate information is provided to clients. Daily responsibilities include following up on leads, confirming booking details, addressing basic service-related concerns, and supporting customer satisfaction through clear and courteous communication. The role may also involve assisting with basic administrative tasks related to bookings and customer follow-up.
