Legal Background Not required
If you have managed external partners who don't report to you, we want to hear from you. Examples include field agents, collection agencies, delivery or logistics partners, distributors, franchisees, freelancers or empanelled vendors. We will teach you the legal process.

2–4 years

The role: You are the day-to-day point of contact for our panel advocates. You keep hearing dates, attendance, document uploads and case updates on track across the network. No case should slip because someone forgot.

Responsibilities
• Maintain the daily hearing calendar across all courts and partner advocates.
• Confirm attendance with advocates a day before and on the morning of each hearing. Collect proof of attendance and the next date.
• Arrange a backup advocate immediately when the assigned one can't attend.
• Make sure orders, case documents and vakalatnamas are uploaded to the platform and kept current.
• Send case files, documents and instructions to advocates, and follow up until each is acknowledged.
• Collect milestone evidence to support advocate invoices, and flag discrepancies to finance.
• Keep advocate scorecard data accurate: attendance, update compliance and turnaro
