We are hiring for RCM Trainer at Chennai location.

JOB DESCRIPTION
ü Schedule appropriate training sessions for current and existing employees Stay updated with the best training methods and modules
ü Plan and implement an effective training curriculum for general billing & process specific.
ü Prepare hard copy training materials such as presentations, video module
ü Should train freshers on end-to-end RCM in a batch-wise manner Collaborate with management to identify training needs for all employees Review training needs monthly Schedule and perform pre- and-post-training assessments and monitor progress

JOB REQUIREMENTS
ü Excellent knowledge of US healthcare and the RCM processes
ü Must have experience in training multiple and large batches.
ü Should have a clear understanding of the Trainer role and must have Proven Coaching abilities.




ü Experience in creating and developing training content such as modules and process SOPs

DESIRED PROFILE
ü Minimum 5 - 7 years of US Healthcare experience ( End to End processes such as eligibility, billing, payment posting & AR )
ü Minimum 2 years of on paper healthcare (RCM process training) experience.
ü Excellent communication, presentation, and interpersonal skills.
ü Well versed in Soft Skills and training methodologies.
ü Knowledge of US culture.
ü Solid knowledge of the latest corporate training techniques.
ü Must be working as a Process Trainer.
ü Good with MS Office (Excel, Word & Power point).
ü Excellent time management and organizational skills.
