Role OverviewWe are looking for an Accounting & Tax Associate to handle domestic accounting, Indian tax compliance, audit assistance and financial statement preparation for Indian clients.
The candidate will be responsible for end-to-end accounting activities,



GST compliance, income tax and TDS-related work, assistance with audit assignments, and compilation of financial statements.
The role requires a strong practical understanding of Indian accounting and taxation, attention to detail, excellent communication skills and the ability to manage assignments independently while escalating technical matters when necessary.

Key Responsibilities1. End-to-End Accounting• Maintain books of account for domestic clients, including journal entries, general ledger accounting, AR, AP, banking and expense recording.
• Record and classify financial transactions accurately and in the appropriate accounting periods.
• Perform bank, customer, supplier and general ledger reconciliations.
• Prepare and review schedules for accruals, prepayments, depreciation, provisions and other year-end adjustments.
