We're Hiring: "Senior RF Systems Engineer" / "Radio Frequency Systems Engineer" – UAV
At Yali Aerospace, we're developing next-generation UAV platforms for healthcare logistics, surveillance, and other critical applications. We're looking for a Senior RF Systems Engineer who enjoys solving communication challenges and wants to work on technology that operates in the real world.
What You'll Do
• Design and develop RF communication and telemetry systems for UAV platforms.
• Develop and optimize wireless communication architectures and data links.
• Design, select, and integrate antennas, radios, and communication modules.
• Perform RF testing, range testing, and communication performance validation.
• Troubleshoot communication issues and improve system reliability.
• Support the integration of payload communication systems and avionics.
• Work closely with engineering and flight operations teams during development and testing.

What We're Looking For
• Bachelor's or Master's degree in Electronics & Communication, RF Engineering, Avionics, or a related field.




• Hands-on experience with RF systems, telemetry, and wireless communication technologies.
• Valuable understanding of antennas, RF propagation, and link budget calculations.
• Familiarity with communication protocols such as MAVLink, LoRa, Wi-Fi, Ethernet, CAN, SPI, and LTE/5G.
• Experience with RF test equipment such as spectrum analyzers, network analyzers, and signal generators.
• Strong troubleshooting skills and a practical, hands-on approach to engineering.
• Experience in UAV, aerospace, robotics, or embedded systems is an advantage.
