Role Description The Sr. Project Engineer is a full-time, on-site role based in Barmer, responsible for overseeing technical and engineering aspects of utility-scale renewable energy projects.



This role involves leading project engineering activities, coordinating with design, procurement, construction, and commissioning teams to ensure adherence to technical specifications, safety standards, budgets, and timelines. The Sr. Project Engineer will prepare and review engineering documentation, support project planning and scheduling, and manage technical interfaces between electrical systems, civil works, and other disciplines. Daily responsibilities include site-based problem solving, monitoring installation quality, supporting testing and commissioning, and providing clear communication and reporting to project managers, clients, and subcontractors. The role also requires proactive risk identification, implementation of corrective actions, and continuous improvement of engineering processes to optimize project performance.
Qualifications

• Solid project engineering and electrical engineering skills, with experience
