Meet the Team

Millennium’s Human Resources Department covers the full spectrum of HR disciplines. Through high-touch, impactful solutions, the team helps optimize organizational performance and fosters a working environment and culture that attracts, engages, and retains exceptional talent across the firm.

What You'll Do

• Manage the end-to-end delivery of learning programs across India, including planning,



scheduling, logistics, and evaluation.
• Partner with internal stakeholders, external vendors, and local coordinators to deliver high-quality training initiatives.
• Develop and maintain detailed project plans, timelines, and budgets for learning initiatives.
• Track program metrics and outcomes to measure effectiveness and identify opportunities for improvement.
• Host and facilitate regional learning sessions, including briefing speakers and delivering workshops for large groups.
• Design, localize, and maintain learning content and materials for APAC while upholding global standards.
• Build solid relationships with internal teams and department leaders to align learning initiatives with business priorities.
• Use learning management systems to manage registrations, track attendance, report program outcomes, and support administrative activities.
