As we expand our real estate portfolio, we are looking for an experienced Real Estate Sales Manager with strong hands-on experience in plot sales and plotted developments.
Role Overview
The Real Estate Sales Manager – Plot Sales & Construction will be primarily responsible for driving sales of residential plots across our projects.
The role will involve managing company-generated leads, conducting site visits, following up with prospects, closing sales and developing new business through personal networks, references and independent prospecting.
In addition to plot sales, the candidate will also contribute to generating and closing residential construction projects for Doddamane Constructions.
This is a sales-driven role for someone who is confident in meeting customers, building relationships and, most importantly, converting opportunities into bookings.
Key Responsibilities
Plot Sales – Primary Responsibility• Drive sales of residential plots across the company's projects.
• Handle and convert leads generated through digital marketing, referrals and other channels.
• Respond to enquiries and proactively follow up with prospective customers.
• Conduct and coordinate site visits with prospective buyers.
• Understand customer requirements, budget and preferences and recommend suitable properties.
• Manage the complete sales cycle from initial enquiry to booking and closure.
• Negotiate with customers and effectively communicate project features, benefits and commercial terms.
• Maintain robust relationships with prospects and existing customers.
