We’re hiring: Manager, Fluke IG Brand | Chennai
We’re looking for a Manager to lead our Fluke Industrial Group (IG) business in Chennai.
If you know test and measurement, thermal imaging and condition monitoring inside out, and you enjoy turning technical conversations into long-term customer relationships, this role is for you.
What you’ll do
• Own revenue and margin growth for the Fluke IG portfolio in Chennai
• Develop key accounts across manufacturing, automotive, power, utilities, EPC, data centers and OEMs
• Build and manage channel partners and the sales pipeline
• Run demos, trainings and technical presentations for customers
• Work with the Fluke principal on pricing, promotions and stock planning
• Mentor sales and application engineers
What we’re looking for
• B.E./B.Tech in Electrical, Electronics or Instrumentation (MBA preferred)
• 8 to 12 years in industrial test and measurement, instrumentation or electrical products sales, with at least 3 years leading a team
• Experience with Fluke, Keysight, Hioki, Testo, FLIR or similar brands is a robust plus
• Fluent in English and Tamil (Hindi is an advantage)
• Willingness to travel within Tamil Nadu
