Are you a Salesforce qualified passionate about building scalable CRM solutions, automating business processes, and designing secure Salesforce environments?
We’re looking for a Salesforce Consultant – Sales & Service Cloud to lead end-to-end configuration across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud, own the organization’s security model and access matrix, and deliver solutions from discovery and design through deployment and hypercare.
? Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Cloud Configuration




• Configure lead management, assignment rules, lead conversion, duplicate rules, and matching rules.
• Set up accounts, contacts, account teams, opportunity processes, products, price books, and quotes.
• Configure Collaborative Forecasts, territory management, and sales automation.
• Build Flows, approval processes, validation rules, Lightning pages, reports, and dashboards.
• Configure email templates, activity management, and Outlook/Gmail integration.

2. Service Cloud Configuration
• Configure case management, assignment rules, auto-response rules, and escalation rules.
• Set up Email-to-Case, Web-to-Case, Messaging, and Omni-Channel routing.
• Configure entitlements, milestones, SLAs, queues, agent capacity, and skills-based routing.
• Implement Service Console features, Lightning Knowledge, macros, and Quick Text.
• Build automation and dashboards for case management, SLA comp
