Role Description:

The Article Assistant is a full-time, in office role based in Mumbai. The individual will assist in statutory and internal audits, support tax compliance and filings, and help prepare working papers, schedules, and documentation as per firm guidelines. Day-to-day responsibilities include analyzing financial statements, performing vouching and verification, coordinating with clients to gather information, and maintaining accurate records.



The role also involves supporting senior team members in management consultancy assignments, participating in training sessions, and adhering to professional standards and timelines.

Qualifications:

• Strong foundation in accounting, auditing, and taxation principles, with the ability to apply them in practical assignments.
• Proficiency in MS Office (especially Excel and Word) and comfort working with accounting or audit software tools.
• Effective communication skills, both written and verbal, and the ability to work collaboratively with clients and team members.
• Attention to detail, analytical thinking, and strong organizational skills to manage multiple tasks and deadlines.
• Pursuing or completed professional qualifications such as CA (Articleship), with relevant academic background in commerce or finance.
• Commitment to integrity, confidentiality, and adherence to regulatory and firm-specific standards.
