About the Role

FlameX is seeking an experienced Online Reputation & Crisis Lead to safeguard and elevate our clients' digital presence. In this role, you will lead proactive reputation strategies, direct high-stakes crisis communications, and serve as a trusted advisor to key stakeholders.

Key Responsibilities

• Oversee end-to-end online reputation management (ORM) and real-time crisis mitigation strategies.
• Design and implement structured escalation protocols in collaboration with legal, executive, and customer experience teams.
• Manage high-sensitivity media inquiries, press communications, and public relations risks.




• Cultivate and sustain strategic relationships with enterprise and high-profile clients.

Candidate Profile

• Proven background as a PR Manager, Senior Reputation Strategist, or equivalent senior communications role.
• Demonstrated track record managing reputation risks, sensitive issues, and media relations.
• Experience handling High-Net-Worth (HNW) individuals or real estate portfolios is strongly preferred.
• Exceptional crisis judgment, stakeholder management, and executive-level written and verbal communication skills.
