About the Role
NSEG is looking for a seasoned, operationally grounded Senior Sales Trainer based at our Ahmedabad office to lead capability development for our Australian B2B outbound sales force.
This role goes far beyond generic classroom theory.
You will immerse yourself in our logistics operations, freight workflows, and Australian business nuances to diagnose performance gaps with surgical precision. Operating with full backing and budget from leadership—including access to external courses, specialist procurement, and department-level trainer hires—you will build structured intervention roadmaps with strict execution deadlines.
If your background is in retail sales or field visits (F2F/physical meetings), this role is not suitable. We require an expert in high-velocity, international outbound voice processes who knows how to break down cold calling, phone-based objection handling, and pipeline discipline.
