Role Description The Sales Manager role at Visuotech is a full-time, hybrid position based in Indore, with flexibility for some work-from-home arrangements. The Sales Manager will be responsible for leading the end-to-end sales cycle for digital solutions, including prospecting,



qualifying leads, delivering presentations and demos, managing proposals, negotiating contracts, and closing deals. This role involves building and maintaining robust relationships with clients, understanding their business challenges, and collaborating with technical and delivery teams to shape tailored solutions. The Sales Manager will track sales performance, manage pipelines and forecasts, prepare reports for leadership, and contribute to revenue growth through strategic account planning. Daily activities include client meetings (virtual and on-site), market research, follow-ups, coordination with internal stakeholders, and continuous improvement of sales processes and methodologies.
