Responsibilities:

1. Recruitment Partner Sourcing and Onboarding:
- Sourcing accurate contact details from online sources like Linkedin, Google search, Fundoodata, and another possible & available hiring platform of the decision makers of hiring process for
- Identify and onboard new companies as recruitment partners as per the goal requirements.
- Build and nurture relationships with existing partners to strengthen collaboration.

2. Team Leadership:
- Provide leadership and guidance to the Placement Coordinator and the placement team.
- Foster a team-oriented and high-performance culture within the placement cell.

3. Overall Placement Strategy:
- Develop and implement the overall training and placement strategy aligned with the goals of the company.
- Ensure that placement processes and initiatives support the company's mission and objectives.

4. KPI Management:
- Define, monitor, and analyse key performance indicators (KPIs) for the placement cell.
- Implement strategies to improve placement rates and enhance the overall effectiveness of the placement process.

Industry Engagement:
- Act as a liaison between the ed tech company and industry professionals.
- Attend industry events, and networking sessions to stay informed about industry trends and opportunities.

6. Data Analysis and Reporting:
- Analyze placement data to derive insights into student outcomes, industry needs, and overall performance.
- Generate regular reports for senior management on placement cell KPIs and trends.

7. Continuous Improvement:
- Implement continuous improvement initiatives to enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of the placement cell.
- Collaborate with the Placement Coordinator to evolve training methods and engagement strategies.

8. Budget Management:
- Manage the budget allocated to the placement cell, ensuring effective utilisation of resources.
- Propose budget adjustments based on evolving needs and goals.
