Role Description The Sr. Tech Support Engineer L2 – Server & Storage is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur. This role is responsible for providing advanced technical support for server and storage environments, including installation, configuration,



monitoring, and maintenance of related hardware and software. The engineer will diagnose and resolve complex technical issues, perform root cause analysis, and escalate cases when necessary, ensuring timely and effective resolution for clients. Daily activities include supporting customers through tickets, calls, and on-site visits, documenting solutions, maintaining knowledge bases, and collaborating with vendors and internal teams to optimize infrastructure performance. The role also involves participating in deployments, upgrades, backup and recovery operations, and adhering to security and compliance standards across customer environments.
