Role Description This is a full-time, on-site role based in Nagpur for a Deputy Manager/Manager – Melting/Molding (Foundry Shop).



The role involves supervising and controlling day-to-day melting and molding operations in the foundry, ensuring adherence to production plans, quality standards, and safety guidelines. Responsibilities include monitoring furnace performance, charge preparation, and metal chemistry; optimizing molding processes and core-making; and coordinating with maintenance teams for equipment reliability. The Deputy Manager/Manager will lead and train shop-floor teams, implement process improvements, and maintain documentation related to production, quality, and compliance. The role also requires close collaboration with planning, quality, and logistics functions to meet delivery timelines and cost targets.
Qualifications

• Solid technical knowledge in foundry operations, particularly melting (induction/cupola furnaces, charge calculation, metallurgical parameters) and molding processes (sand systems, pattern and core handling).
