About the Company
Jeena Sikho Lifecare Limited is an Ayurveda-based healthcare company offering Ayurvedic medicines, wellness products and integrated healthcare services through its Jeena Sikho HiiMS network of hospitals, wellness centres, day-care centres and clinics.
We are looking for an experienced, commercially driven Head – E-commerce & D2C to lead and expand our online product business across Shopify, WooCommerce, Amazon, Flipkart and other relevant marketplaces.
Role Overview
The selected candidate will be responsible for increasing online sales, improving profitability and building a strong e-commerce business across company-owned websites and third-party marketplaces.
This role requires hands-on experience in D2C growth, marketplace management, performance marketing, customer retention and team leadership, with a proven record of delivering measurable business results.
Key Responsibilities
1. Sales Growth and Business Ownership
• Own monthly, quarterly and annual sales targets across D2C websites and marketplaces.

• Develop channel-wise growth plans covering products, pricing,



promotions, marketing budgets and profitability.

• Identify opportunities to grow existing products, launch current products online and expand into relevant marketplaces.

• Own e-commerce profitability, accounting for discounts, advertising, platform fees, fulfilment costs and returns.

2. Shopify, WooCommerce and D2C Growth
• Lead the commercial performance of Shopify and WooCommerce stores, coordinating with technology and creative teams for execution.

• Improve product pages, website navigation, mobile shopping experience and checkout to increase conversion.

• Increase average order value through product bundles, relevant recommendations, cross-selling and upselling.

• Reduce cart abandonment and strengthen customer retention through CRM, email and WhatsApp campaigns.

3. Marketplace Management
• Manage and grow sales across Amazon, Flipkart and other existing or newly onboarded
