IMPEX is looking for result-oriented Team Leaders with strong experience in managing In-Store Demonstrators (ISDs) / Sales Promoters across Modern Trade or General Trade outlets in the Kitchen Appliances, Home Appliances, or Consumer Electronics industry.

Key Responsibilities
• Drive sales targets and market share growth across the assigned territory.
• Manage and monitor ISD/Sales Promoter performance, productivity, and deployment.
• Ensure product visibility, merchandising, stock availability, pricing, and promotional execution at key outlets.
• Build strong relationships with dealers and key accounts while identifying new business opportunities.
• Track competitor activities, market trends, and sales performance.




• Coordinate with Sales and Marketing teams to execute trade promotions and improve sellout.

Must-Have Requirements
✅ Proven experience managing ISDs / In-Store Product Demonstrators / Sales Promoters.
✅ Experience in Modern Trade or General Trade outlets.
✅ Background in Kitchen Appliances, Home Appliances, or Consumer Electronics.
✅ Solid team management, communication, and sales execution skills.
