We are looking for an energetic, confident, and result-oriented Business Development Executive who can identify potential brands, build strong client relationships, pitch creative ideas, onboard clients, and close business deals.

Key Responsibilities
• Identify and research potential brands and business opportunities.
• Find relevant decision-makers through LinkedIn and other professional platforms.
• Initiate conversations with brands through LinkedIn outreach, emails, and calls.
• Prepare professional presentations, pitch decks, and influencer marketing proposals.
• Understand client requirements and suggest relevant campaign ideas.
• Manage the complete business development cycle,



from prospecting and pitching to client onboarding and deal closure.
• Build and maintain long-term relationships with clients.
• Follow up with prospects and convert business opportunities into clients.
• Coordinate with internal teams to ensure smooth client onboarding.

Requirements
• Minimum 2 years of experience in business development, client acquisition, or sales.
• Excellent communication skills, both written and verbal. Communication is the most significant requirement for this role.
• Ability to confidently communicate with brand managers, marketing heads, and decision-makers.
• Experience in client onboarding, pitching, negotiation, and deal closure.
• Ability to create professional pitch decks and presentations.
• Good understanding of LinkedIn prospecting and outreach.
• Strong research skills to identify the right brands and business opportunities.
