Role Summary

The Product Content & Digital Experience Specialist develops, maintains, and publishes accurate, practical, and customer-focused product and digital content across company websites, ecommerce platforms, marketplaces, email, social channels, and dealer websites.





The role translates complex product specifications and technical information into clear guidance that helps customers understand products, identify compatible parts, and use products effectively.

Essential Functions:

• Develop and maintain website and landing-page copy that communicates product features, benefits, applications, and relevant customer information.

• Create and update product descriptions, parts catalogue content, compatibility information, installation instructions, FAQs, product comparisons, and marketplace listings.

• Translate complex product specifications, engineering details, and technical information into clear, accurate, and customer-friendly content.

• Prepare and maintain structured product information to support consistent content presentation and merchandising.

• Publish approved content through existing content management systems, website platforms, and ecommerce tools, following established workflows and approval processes.
