Company Description Brain Tree Child Development Centre is a multidisciplinary therapy center dedicated to supporting children with neurodevelopmental delays. The center offers a wide range of services including physiotherapy, occupational therapy, speech therapy, sensory integration therapy, oral-motor therapy, and reflex integration. It also provides hemispheric integration exercises, Brain Gym exercises, cognitive therapy, early intervention programs, special education, yoga therapy, massage therapy, and manual therapy. Professionals at Brain Tree work as an integrated team to deliver child-centered, evidence-based interventions tailored to each child’s needs.
Role Description The Speech and Language Therapist will provide assessment, diagnosis, and intervention for children with communication and swallowing challenges in an on-site setting located in Chennai. This part time role involves conducting individualized speech and language therapy sessions, developing treatment plans, and maintaining accurate documentation of progress. The therapist will collaborate with physiotherapists,



occupational therapists, special educators, and other team members to create integrated care plans. Daily responsibilities include engaging families in the therapy process, offering home program guidance, and participating in case discussions and reviews to continuously refine interventions.
Qualifications

• Ability to assess and treat a range of communication disorders, including Speech and Communication Disorders.
• Competence in managing Language Disorders and planning language intervention programs.
• Experience in Speech Therapy techniques and Dysphagia management for pediatric clients.
• Recognized degree in Speech and Language Pathology, Audiology, or related field; valid professional registration where applicable.
• Prior experience working with children with neurodevelopmental delays or in pediatric rehabilitation settings is preferred.
