Key Responsibilities• Manage daily fabrication, welding and manufacturing operations.
• Read and interpret fabrication drawings and technical specifications.
• Supervise MIG, TIG and SMAW welding processes.
• Lead and coordinate a team of 40+ workers.
• Monitor production targets, quality, safety and shop-floor activities.
• Coordinate production orders, material availability, routing and confirmations using SAP.
• Ensure timely completion of production schedules.




• Identify and resolve fabrication and manufacturing issues.
• Maintain quality standards and follow safety procedures.
