About the role

MagnovaLabs is looking for a Digital Marketing Expert to take ownership of our digital presence and turn marketing efforts into measurable growth.
This role goes beyond posting on social media. We’re looking for someone who can build a clear strategy, improve search visibility, run effective paid campaigns, and connect marketing performance to qualified enquiries and conversions.

What you’ll do

• Build and execute marketing strategies focused on organic growth, brand awareness, and lead generation.
• Improve SEO performance through keyword research, competitor analysis, on-page optimization, technical improvements, and relevant backlink opportunities.
• Manage Google Business Profile and local SEO to strengthen visibility in relevant local searches.
• Plan and optimize Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns, managing budgets, targeting, creative testing, and cost per lead.
• Develop social media and content strategies that support engagement, trust, and business goals.
• Set up and monitor conversion tracking to understand which channels and campaigns generate enquiries.




• Track and report performance, turning traffic, ranking, lead, and campaign data into clear recommendations.
• Stay informed about relevant platform changes, search updates, and marketing tools.

What you’ll bring

• 2–4 years of hands-on digital marketing experience.
• Robust knowledge of on-page, off-page, and technical SEO.
• Experience with Google Business Profile optimization and local SEO.
• Practical experience running Google Ads and Meta Ads campaigns.
• A solid understanding of social media strategy and content planning.
• Experience using Google Analytics, Google Search Console, Google Ads, Meta Business Suite, and SEO research tools.
• An understanding of conversion tracking, campaign optimization, and marketing reporting.
• Strong communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
• The ability to work independently, prioritize effectively, and take ownership of results
