We are looking for an experienced Senior Operations Engineer to support Enterprise AI applications, including agentic and machine-learning AI products. You will be the senior technical escalation point for complex production issues, working closely with Engineering, Product, Infrastructure and Support teams to improve reliability, stability and the overall user experience.

This role will suit someone who enjoys deep technical investigation as much as improving how things work. You will lead incident resolution, strengthen operational readiness before releases, build practical support documentation and help less experienced engineers develop their own operational confidence.

WHAT YOU’LL DO
• Take ownership of complex production incidents and service issues, coordinating the right technical teams through to resolution.
• Lead troubleshooting and root-cause analysis across AI applications, APIs, integrations, infrastructure, security, authentication and data components.
• Produce transparent RCAs, corrective actions and preventative recommendations,

identifying recurring problems and driving lasting fixes.
• Support Enterprise AI services, including AI agents, knowledge bases, integrations and data-quality issues, while monitoring performance, service health and user feedback.
• Support production deployments, release validation and change governance, ensuring monitoring, runbooks, support models and knowledge articles are ready before go-live.
• Build and maintain high-quality runbooks, troubleshooting guides, known-error records and documentation of application architecture, dependencies and support processes.
• Drive improvements in monitoring, automation, supportability and operational efficiency, including opportunities to reduce manual effort through AI and automation.
• Mentor Operations Engineers and help develop a consistent, practical support model across the Enterprise AI environment.
