Job Description

The Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the m360 Project Assistants team,



effectively assisting with the recruitment of projects to maintain KPIs and other goals. The primary focus of the Supervisor is to manage Project Assistants in delivering projects internally against specifications and goals, ensuring tasks are completed in time, maintaining excellence in the work, and ensuring there is positive communication between project assistants and panel members.

Essential Duties and Responsibilities:

• Assign projects and manage workload distribution, ensuring all projects are proactively monitored for recruitment opportunities.
• Manage, mentor, train, and support Project Assistants by providing day-to-day direction, tracking KPIs, and helping team members build the skills needed to perform successfully.
