Role Description
This is a full-time remote role for a Corporate Secretary / Corporate Compliance Specialist (India, APAC & MENA). The specialist will be responsible for managing corporate secretarial, statutory, and regulatory compliance for entities across India, the broader Asia-Pacific (APAC) region, and the Middle East and North Africa (MENA), using CoverPin’s platform and related systems.





Key responsibilities include ensuring compliance with applicable corporate laws and regulatory requirements, particularly India’s Companies Act, 2013, and Ministry of Corporate Affairs (MCA) regulations, as well as corporate governance and statutory filing requirements in other APAC jurisdictions. The role involves preparing and submitting statutory filings with relevant regulatory authorities, including India’s Registrar of Companies (ROC), Singapore’s ACRA, Hong Kong’s Companies Registry, and other applicable government agencies.

The role also involves monitoring statutory deadlines, interpreting regulatory requirements, identifying compliance risks, and coordinating with clients, directors, auditors, legal advisors, and government authorities to ensure timely and accurate filings.
